The "FTD" is a diffusion plate with a micro-lens array formed on its surface that shapes incident light into a rectangular flat top (top hat). It is designed with a half-width at half maximum (FWHM) angle of 45°×35° and is mounted on protective rings of φ25mm and φ50mm.
