Depending on the target workpiece and application, dry grinding or wet grinding can be selected. In many cases, wet processing provides better quality and safety in the manufacturing process. - **Grinding Belt Tool** The tool media automatic exchange unit allows for fully automatic replacement of belts. This patented technology enables long hours of unmanned operation. - **Compliance Unit** By equipping a special compliance unit at the tip of the robot arm or the belt unit, precise pressure control during processing is possible, allowing for uniform processing of the grinding allowance on the product surface. - **S Series Platform** The Flexmill platform can be equipped with various tools and processing modules, allowing for flexible responses to customer requests.
