We use a bucket with a diameter of 500mm, which can accommodate plates of about 300mm in diameter. We specialize in preparatory work for lens polishing, such as manual plate alignment and lens beveling. By changing the belt and using inverter control, we enable operations at a wide range of spindle speeds. To facilitate the easy removal of dirt from polishing agents, the bucket is coated with Teflon.
