• 

  - Spherical Core Swinging This is a groundbreaking mechanism that sets the pressing direction of the upper axis (processing axis) on the vertical line of the curvature center, allowing the lower axis (main axis) to swing around the curvature center, which is unlike conventional methods. It is equipped with many features, achieving high precision and stable finishing quality without requiring special techniques. - Pressing System The upper axis (pressing axis) has realized a new high-sensitivity light pressing system that always accurately presses the lens in the spherical core direction, regardless of the swinging angle of the lower axis (main axis). This system is particularly effective for small diameter and small radius lenses. - Attachment and Detachment Method The lens is attracted to the holder axis (upper axis) by a vacuum suction device, making it easy to handle small diameter lenses. - Thickness Dimensioning Device This device allows for the automatic adjustment of lens thickness to a high precision within ±10μ.
