◆Ball Center Oscillation This is a groundbreaking mechanism that sets the pressurizing direction of the upper axis (processing axis) on the vertical line of the curvature center, allowing the lower axis (main axis) to oscillate around the curvature center, which is unlike conventional methods. It is equipped with many features and achieves high precision and stable finishing quality without requiring special techniques. ◆Pressurizing System The upper axis (pressurizing axis) has realized a new high-sensitivity light pressurizing system that always accurately directs the lens towards the ball center, regardless of the oscillation angle of the lower axis (main axis). It is particularly effective for small diameter and small R lenses. ◆Attachment and Detachment Method The lens is adsorbed onto the holder axis (upper axis) by a vacuum suction device, making it easy to handle small diameter lenses. ◆Thickness Control Device This device allows for automatic adjustment of lens thickness to a high precision within ±10μ.
