An integrated constant temperature chamber structure adopted by the advanced battery tester. By combining it with a removable battery holder, the charging and discharging power supply is directly connected to the battery via the shortest route. This minimizes the degradation of power quality and noise caused by long cables, achieving a high-quality, high-precision testing environment. Additionally, the specially designed constant temperature chamber section creates a horizontal airflow towards the battery holder. This minimizes disturbances in temperature distribution caused by fixtures and cables, reducing errors in charging and discharging test results due to temperature conditions. 【Features of Each Function】 ■Chamber - The test area circulates with horizontal laminar flow. - The three-tank type has lateral exhaust, while the single-tank type has rear exhaust. Designed to ensure a uniform temperature environment even when batteries are installed, considering the position of the battery holder and the arrangement of the batteries. - Various safety specifications such as pressure relief vents, CO2 extinguishers, and gas detectors are available as options. ■Power System - Voltage up to 6V, current ranging from a minimum of 1mA to a maximum of 1600A, covering a wide range including high-speed, high-current evaluations for automotive batteries. - Impedance measurements can be performed during specified cycles of charge and discharge cycle testing. ■Battery Holder - Dedicated battery holders are provided. The test setup can be done with one touch, preventing electric shock and battery damage due to short-circuit currents during operation. - Capable of recording the temperature of each cell and outputting temperature alarms. - Battery holders and fixtures are designed to match the customer's batteries. ■Calibration of Power System - An automatic calibration board is available as an option. - Issuance of traceability system diagrams and calibration certificates is also possible.
