Grinding and cutting processes completed with a single machine, the 235V series multi-functional machining center!
The Buderus (Buderus) company in Germany produces the 235V series multi-processing machine, which features a center drive with two turrets and two spindles. The grinding axis is accessible from below the center drive. The machine equipped with a double diaphragm chuck can also process the inner diameter of hollow shafts. Thanks to the center drive, it is possible to process both the inner and outer diameters with just one clamping, significantly improving machining accuracy and efficiency. In addition to external grinding, internal grinding, milling, hard turning, and in-machine measurement, the 253VM allows for workpieces to be clamped with a diaphragm chuck, enabling the processing of the inner diameter of shafts as well. The machine frame, or bed, is made of natural granite, ensuring high rigidity, vibration damping, and optimal thermal properties for advanced machining stability. DVS-CLEANTEC® also offers an energy-efficient, low-emission cleaning solution that separates dirty and clean areas. You can also rely on us for tooling design and automation specifications.
