"Flo-Mix" is a mixer developed for stirring polyols and isocyanates, which are urethane raw materials. The foil layer stirring method allows for the entire container to be subjected to convection, enabling the mixing of high-viscosity liquids like polyols without inconsistencies in a short time. Since the entire container is in convection, it is possible to equalize the temperature inside the container using jackets, making temperature control easier. 【Features】 - High-viscosity liquids can be mixed in a short time using the foil layer stirring method (patented) - Capable of stirring high-viscosity liquids (1,000–20,000 mPa·sec) (consultation required for higher viscosities) - Easy to achieve uniform fluid temperature (in the case of jacketed tanks) - Available in production line Flo-mix and lab-use Flo-mix jr. *Demo units are available for loan.
