"DL04 Clear" is a one-component, water-based paint made with acrylic resin that is environmentally friendly, easy to handle, and has excellent anti-fogging properties. As a water-based paint, it is not subject to VOC (volatile organic compounds) regulations under the Air Pollution Control Act. Even when breath is directed at the coated surface, it does not fog, and when items left in the refrigerator are taken out into high humidity outdoor air, they hardly fog at all.
