The combination of liquid A and liquid B forms a fireproof coating! It significantly delays the combustion of the coated surface.
"Frame Cut" is a colored, foaming fireproof paint that combines acrylic resin emulsion designed for indoor combustible materials with foaming agents, flame retardants, and fire-resistant agents. The fireproof coating is formed by the combination of Liquid A and Liquid B, with Liquid A applied and dried first, followed by the application of Liquid B. When the coating is exposed to flames, it expands 100 to 200 times, creating a foamed carbonization layer between the coated surface and the flames, preventing heat conduction while simultaneously generating non-combustible nitrogen gas that hinders contact with oxygen, significantly delaying the combustion of the coated surface. 【Features】 - The fireproof coating is formed by the combination of Liquid A and Liquid B. - When exposed to flames, the coating expands 100 to 200 times, creating a foamed carbonization layer that prevents heat conduction. - It generates non-combustible nitrogen gas that hinders contact with oxygen, significantly delaying the combustion of the coated surface. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Company information
Taiyo Paint Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to the development of special paints in the fields of architectural, industrial, and road marking applications since its establishment in 1951, in response to the diversification of paint needs. The founder, Jukyu Matsumoto, shortly after the war, took on the mission from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry and served as the first president of the Japan Paint Manufacturers Association, focusing on the revival of Japan's paint industry by conducting technical inspections in advanced countries like the United States. The enthusiasm for research and development cultivated during that time, along with the accumulation of "knowledge and technological power," has resulted in many high-quality paint developments today. In 2002, we consolidated our second factory into our headquarters factory to streamline manufacturing facilities, striving to meet the demands of our customers and provide a wider range of products. Taiyo Paint will continue to utilize the advanced technology accumulated thus far to develop special paints that meet customer needs, while also committing to contribute to the creation of a sustainable social environment through the development of "eco-friendly paints" centered around water-based coatings.
