The "Rxi-PAH GC Column" is a product designed by Restek that can uniquely separate polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which are important for food safety and cannot be separated by mass spectrometry, thanks to its high phenyl content stationary phase. It can easily separate difficult target substances like PAH4 from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and allows for accurate quantification.
