"Cooling metal" absorbs heat from the high-temperature parts of castings to achieve uniform cooling rates and prevent the occurrence of shrinkage cavities. When reused, if there is sand from the core, uniform cooling cannot be achieved, leading to variations. Our machine quickly shakes the core sand containing the cooling metal up and down, crushing the sand and separating the two.
