A heat exchange unit that can extract nearby flowing water heat and unused heat from well water, seawater, and factory wastewater, and repurpose it for heating and cooling!
Well water, agricultural water, spring water, hot spring water, seawater (seawater wells), and factory wastewater contain unused thermal energy (renewable energy). We have developed a heat exchange unit (G-HEX) through the NEDO project that can extract this energy and utilize it in a cascade for heating and cooling. G-HEX is a fully plastic heat exchanger made using polyethylene thin tubes, allowing it to accommodate various thermal source waters. It is a long-lasting heat exchange unit that is resistant to corrosion and dirt. It can also be used in food factories, where conventional heat exchange has been considered difficult, such as with factory wastewater and low pH hot spring water, and we have proven results. 【With 'G-HEX', you can effectively utilize nearby flowing heat and unused heat】 ◆ Natural water thermal sources: well water, seawater, lake water, hot spring water, agricultural water, spring water ◆ Artificial light water thermal sources: factory wastewater, septic tank effluent, treated sewage, hot spring drainage ◆ Other water thermal sources: small hydropower generation, aquaculture *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
