Bispecific antibodies and resin for the purification of fragment antibodies.

MabSelect VL uses a Protein L ligand that has a strong affinity for the variable regions of human antibodies and κ light chains. This resin provides high productivity and a robust process for the affinity capture of bispecific antibodies and antibody fragments that include κ light chains. It also has the potential as an alternative to complement antibody variants that do not bind to Protein A. Compared to conventional products, it significantly improves dynamic binding capacity (DBC) and alkaline stability, allowing for efficient capture of antibody variants. ● High binding capacity for bispecific antibodies and fragment antibodies containing κ light chains ● Stable even when washed with 0.1M NaOH, reducing the risk of bio-burden incidents ● Effectively separates different combinations of antibodies and impurities generated during the manufacturing process in the purification of bispecific antibodies
