We would like to introduce a case where a prescale was utilized for the purpose of checking roll scratches and parallelism during the pressing of electrode plates. When there are roll scratches, dents, or distortions, it can lead to partial thickness variations, which can cause defects such as uneven reactions. After implementation, it became possible to confirm the occurrence of abnormalities in the rolls, and adjustments to the roll's parallelism also became possible. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issues - If the roll parallelism is uneven, thickness differences occur between the left and right sides, resulting in misalignment and thickness defects in both wound batteries and stacked batteries, leading to all products being deemed NG. ■ Effects - It became possible to confirm the occurrence of abnormalities in the rolls. - Adjustments to the roll's parallelism became possible. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
