We would like to introduce a case where we utilized press scale to continuously check the sealing performance of gaskets, with the aim of enhancing design efficiency and quality. Previously, there was no means to confirm whether the air/cooling water/engine oil inside the cylinders of prototypes and newly manufactured products were securely sealed, and we had no choice but to verify this through practical running tests. After implementation, we were able to significantly improve design efficiency compared to the trial-and-error approach in practical applications.
