Piezoelectric polarization system: power supply and fixture
This is a polarization system that includes a high-voltage power supply necessary for the polarization of piezoelectric materials, a fixture for contacting the sample, and control software. The polarization fixture can be immersed in high-temperature silicone oil or transformer oil for high-temperature polarization. The fixture is made of stainless steel and aluminum. It has electrical insulation properties up to 30kV. It can accommodate temperatures up to 250°C (Teflon) or 300°C (ceramic). It can be installed in an oil bath or a constant temperature chamber for high-temperature testing. The lower electrode is made of stainless steel. The upper electrode is an M3 ball (replaceable) and is equipped with a spring to maintain pressure and good electrical contact during testing.
