"DEGASi HFIP" is a degassing device suitable for the degassing of powerful and volatile solvents such as hexafluoroisopropanol and silanes. Two flow rates are available: 3ml/min and 6ml/min. Additionally, the internal vacuum level is maintained at 5mV/mmHg, allowing for continuous monitoring of the vacuum level.
