Significantly upgrade your current ultrasonic cleaner without any modifications!
For those who are not satisfied with their current ultrasonic cleaner. By simply connecting this device to your existing cleaner, it will dramatically enhance the cleaning power and elevate your current ultrasonic cleaner by two ranks. The DeO Turbo is a device that generates negative pressure in a vacuum tank using a super vortex turbine pump with the strongest suction performance, allowing for the degassing of the cleaning solution (removing air dissolved in the liquid). There is no need for a significant investment in an expensive vacuum cleaner. The degassing effect greatly improves the cleaning capability of your existing ultrasonic cleaner.

basic information
1. Big effects with small investments With the DeO Turbo retrofitted, existing ultrasonic cleaners achieve cleaning power comparable to the latest vacuum cleaners. The cleaning power advances two ranks at once. 2. Cost reduction through enhanced cleaning power Thanks to the degassing effect, the cleaning power of ultrasonic cleaners dramatically improves. Enhanced ultrasound removes dirt, grease, and burrs adhered to the inner surfaces of the workpieces, resulting in improved yield and significant cost reductions through shorter lead times. 3. Simple structure with no maintenance required The automatic forward and reverse operation of the vortex turbine pump creates a simple structure for degassing within the tank through exhaust. Therefore, there are no failures, and maintenance is unnecessary. The wetted parts are made of corrosion-resistant and chemical-resistant materials such as stainless steel, PTFE, and SiC, allowing for any type of cleaning solution to be used.

Detailed information

Achieve ECO cleaning with DeO Turbo! The DeO Turbo uses a built-in vacuum tank (12L capacity) to create a vacuum with a super vortex pump, extracting gases from the liquid. At normal temperature (27°C) and atmospheric pressure, approximately 1.7L (DO value 7ppm) of air is dissolved in 100L of water, but by operating the DeO Turbo for 30 to 40 minutes, it is possible to reduce the dissolved air volume to about 0.2L (DO value 2ppm).

Company information
Nikuni Co., Ltd. is a company (manufacturer) engaged in the development, production, and sales of pumps. In particular, we focus on the development, production, and sales of products centered around vortex turbine pumps, as well as the development, production, and sales of devices that improve the environment within factories by incorporating pumps (such as coolant systems and filtration systems). Pumps are the heart of devices and equipment. As a precision machinery manufacturer, Nikuni has been producing high-precision, high-quality components for many years. Utilizing our machining technology, Nikuni produces pumps with precision that exceeds the norms of general pumps (such as perpendicularity, parallelism, concentricity, and runout), resulting in pumps that pursue high precision and high quality. To prevent issues, we conduct a full inspection of all pumps before shipment, ensuring that only those that meet Nikuni's quality standards are shipped. Nikuni manufactures and sells products so that everyone involved with pumps can use them with confidence.
