The high-speed 3D vision sensor "KURASENSE" recognizes bent wire materials such as cables in 3D and assists robots in their tasks. The "Kurasense-C100FX" separates the high-speed 3D vision sensor unit from the controller unit, allowing for a more compact sensor unit. It can now be mounted on a robotic hand, expanding the recognition field to the range of motion of the robotic hand, enabling it to approach objects. The accuracy of recognizing thin objects like cables has improved to about three times that of our previous models, and the 3D positioning accuracy has increased approximately fivefold compared to the previous model.
