A 3D robot vision sensor that can automate tasks such as connector assembly and tube piping, which have been considered difficult until now!
The Kurasense-C100 is a robot vision sensor that serves the roles of "seeing" and "thinking," capable of 3D recognition of elongated flexible objects such as cables without CAD matching. This time, we will introduce the "connector recognition function." It recognizes connectors that are freely floating in 3D and teaches the robot the 3D coordinates. Therefore, by using this sensor, it becomes possible to automate the connector insertion process, which was previously difficult.
