Utilizing our manufacturing technology know-how, we have developed a device for mass-producing nanofibers, which are high-performance materials. (Patent obtained in 2017) Nanofibers were extremely expensive and had not seen much development in applications due to their inability to be mass-produced. However, with our nanofiber mass production device using a melting method, we can now mass-produce fibers around 500 nanometers. The types of fibers can range from typical synthetic materials such as polypropylene, polyester, and polyethylene to biodegradable polylactic acid and other composite materials. 【Features】 ■ Mass production of long fibers by melting polymer resins and ejecting them at high pressure, surpassing fine noise levels ■ Capable of producing fibers ranging from 500 to 900 nm depending on the polymer material ■ Shapes can be adapted to applications, such as fluffy or sheet forms ■ Capable of mass-producing 8 kilograms of synthetic fiber nanofibers per hour *The applications for nanofibers are expanding!
