Nano Fiber Mass Production Device "KNT Type"

A melt-spinning manufacturing device that enables the mass production of high-performance new material nanofibers! It has functionalities such as oil absorption, sound absorption, filtration, thermal insulation, and water absorption.

The "KNT type" is a nanofiber production device that melts polymer resin and ejects it at high pressure, producing long fibers from fine noise. The external dimensions of the device are 1,820mm in length, 1,542mm in height, and 515mm in width, and it can produce fibers ranging from 500 to 900nm depending on the polymer material.
