This is a device designed to easily move the cutting machine itself on a cart without disturbing the material, in order to produce several dozen meters of rope spread out on the floor. The equipped vertical blade cutting machine has a wide opening and excels in cutting power. The cart is equipped with a wheel lock mechanism to prevent the cutting machine from moving during the cutting operation, and it also features a foldable footboard.
