We would like to introduce a case study that was realized from the request of the president of Gaia Promotion Co., Ltd. himself, who wanted to create a relaxing space within the company where each employee can work comfortably. Originally, the meeting area was used by more than 20 people, but the request was to transform it into a conference room that resembles a cafeteria space, where individuals can work casually or hold small group meetings. From the proposal stage, we incorporated the president's intentions while gradually creating the space through discussions with the on-site personnel regarding actual usability.
