Screen device (automatic dust removal device)
It is a device that continuously removes debris such as fish, shellfish, jellyfish, and general waste contained in the water during intake using a rotating screen basket.
Continuous dust removal is performed with a carrier chain screen basket that reduces wear through a guide frame. The basket is coated with zinc to reduce maintenance costs associated with shellfish attachment and removal. A spray nozzle with powerful cleaning capabilities is installed to efficiently and reliably clean the basket. As an option, we can provide a maintenance corner drop (made of steel). It is adaptable for dust removal in various water intake facilities and has numerous proven results.
