We would like to introduce a packaging example that combines reinforced cardboard (High Pull Ace) and wood. When exporting roll products weighing approximately 400 kg each, it was necessary to accommodate three-tier stacking during storage and to reinforce the bearing parts to withstand the load for medium to long-term storage. By using reinforced cardboard and wooden supports for the bearing parts, we increased strength, and since our company manufactures both reinforced cardboard and wood, we were able to deliver the outer box and bearing parts set up together.
