Electrode Supply Unit There is a stocker where the operator pre-sets the positive and negative electrodes to be supplied. During stacking, they are taken out one by one from the top by a manual suction-type transfer unit and moved to the stacking position. Additionally, to improve stacking accuracy, the stocker is equipped with a positioning mechanism that combines a guide block that opens and closes. - Electrode dimensions: Maximum: 100mm × 100mm, Minimum: 50mm × 50mm (Size of the coated surface excluding the tab) Delivery specifications: Positive electrode: 87mm × 84mm, Negative electrode: 90mm × 86mm - Stock quantity: Maximum height of 10mm when stacked (Possible thickness for setting in each stocker for positive and negative electrodes) - Model change: The receiving block and positioning guide block will be replaced to match the electrode shape.
