We have created a super precision constant temperature room using our original product "STCube" in an environment that is less affected by external influences. We received a request from a customer who installed a constant temperature room set to 23°C ± 0.5°C, asking for a room with even less temperature variation. To achieve this, we adopted a one-directional flow using a "vertical rectification method" that is less affected by the heat exhaust from processing machines, and further stabilized the temperature with a large air exchange time of "1 minute and 30 seconds."
