HySiL2000 The 'HySiL2000' is specially developed as line inspection lighting for hyperspectral cameras. It is available in two focal lengths: 180mm and 120mm. It achieves focused illumination in a linear form, enabling clear and high-sensitivity imaging. Additionally, it realizes a flat distribution of illuminance in the long wavelength range, which was difficult with conventional lamps (ensuring coverage up to 2400nm in the long wavelength range). Thanks to its unique lamp design, it achieves a long lifespan of 25,000 hours, comparable to that of LEDs. HySiL1500 The 'HySiL1500' is a high-intensity lighting unit suitable for line and area lighting. It is available in two types: a 4-lamp type and a 2-lamp type. The unit features a unique lamp distribution adjustment mechanism, allowing for optimal lamp selection (distribution), number of lamps, and pitch distance adjustments according to the condition of the illuminated object, providing the best light spread (width). Due to its low illuminance variation, it can capture clear images without reducing conveyor belt speed, making high-intensity imaging in the near-infrared range easier. Its unique lamp design achieves a lifespan of approximately 8,000 hours, which is about twice that of typical lamps.
