Efficient dust collection within the plant! A case where work efficiency doubled and improvements in the labor environment were also achieved.
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Central Vacuum System" implemented by Ishizaka Sangyo Co., Ltd., which is working on "recycling" various types of waste as resources, aiming to create a society that does not turn waste into waste. At the company, cleaning the dust generated from the recycling process of construction debris has become a heavy labor task, and it was necessary to streamline operations due to a shortage of manpower. After introducing our "Central Vacuum System," the work became overwhelmingly easier with just the suction process, and work efficiency more than doubled. Additionally, the ability to clean even difficult-to-reach equipment allowed for the beautification of the process. [Case Overview] ■ Business Challenges - Cleaning the dust from crushed debris is quite labor-intensive. - The number of personnel available for cleaning is limited, necessitating mechanization and efficiency improvements. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
