Water jet processing that enables fine processing of materials such as rubber, sponge, and cork. It can perform cutting and cutting-out processing with a width of 0.1 mm.
This is an introduction to water jet processing as a response to fine cutting processing of rubber and sponge. Are you having trouble with processed products such as small round holes or narrow long holes? We perform processing with a nozzle that has an injection port of 0.1 mm, so depending on the material and thickness, it is possible to create shapes that cannot be reproduced with press processing or plotter processing. Depending on the material and thickness, plastic cutting is also possible. Thanks to water jet processing, it is possible to create shapes where the cut-out part does not have a blade radius. (Please refer to the photo.) If there are shapes you thought were impossible to achieve, please consult with us.
