Prototype with mass production materials (plastic, rubber)

This is an introduction to a method for producing prototypes using mass production materials before mass production. We often receive inquiries from customers who want to prototype using the materials that will be used in mass production, wish to create products with a small amount of molded material, or want to keep initial costs down. We would like to propose two possible methods for this. ■ Simple Mold Forming ■ Machining from Blocks Simple mold forming involves creating a low-cost temporary mold by changing the structure, number of cavities, and materials of the mold. This method may allow for a faster turnaround than starting with a production mold. Regarding machining from blocks, the materials that can be used are limited, but we can create blocks through molding and then machine them into products. 【Plastics】 Examples of materials used: ABS V0, PC V0, PBT GF15%, PPS CF10% (Some molded materials may require provision by the customer.) Possible size: 250×250×55 *Please note that depending on the material, it may not be possible to create blocks for plastics.
