We mainly use acrylic, PVC, polycarbonate, PET, PP, PE, ABS, AES, and artificial marble. We primarily perform vacuum forming, pressure forming, R bending, adhesive welding, NC processing, and polishing with the above resins. Among these, we have focused on thermal processing since our founding. Thermal processing methods such as R bending and vacuum forming require not only equipment but also experience and intuition. In particular, R bending of transparent materials like polycarbonate has received high praise from many clients. Additionally, our vacuum forming is suitable for large items and small lot production of diverse products due to its single-shot forming capability.
