By vigorously spraying fine abrasives onto the workpiece, we remove surface debris and dirt, thereby improving the adhesion of the paint. Additionally, creating unevenness on the base surface increases the adsorption area, further enhancing adhesion. The abrasives used for surface preparation are angular-shaped particles, which have achieved higher adhesion and durability compared to painted products that have not undergone shot blasting treatment.
