Quantifying the capabilities of activated carbon with an odor sensor! Here we present a case study confirming the correlation with sensory tests.
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Odor Sensor XP-329IIIR" handled by New Cosmos Electric Co., Ltd. This product was adopted for quality control of self-manufactured activated carbon at a factory producing products that use activated carbon. Measurements were taken before and after the implementation of "activated carbon" based on the target object, and the levels indicated by the odor sensor were recorded.
