We would like to introduce our initiatives in human resource development. As part of our strategy, we started TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities in 2012. In the manufacturing field, we are divided into five groups to carry out equipment improvement activities, aiming for zero disasters, defects, failures, delays, and excess inventory, thereby eliminating various losses and waste to improve production efficiency. In 1956, we transitioned to a coil center, and since then, we have expanded our processing division, growing into a coil center capable of handling everything from single sheet cutting to mass production. Currently, we operate primarily in the thin steel plate market, dealing with both ordinary steel and stainless steel.
