By utilizing light and fluid simulation technology, the number of lamps has been minimized, achieving energy efficiency and space savings. Additionally, the built-in ultraviolet lamp lifespan prediction function helps manage replacement timing and prevents forgetting to replace the lamps. 【Liquid Contact Part: Quartz Glass Tube with Shatterproof Specification, Fluororesin Coated Outer Tube Available as an Option】 Typically, flow-type ultraviolet sterilization devices use quartz glass tubes for the liquid contact part, but our company offers the option to equip a unique fluororesin-coated outer tube (patented) instead. In the event of an external impact, the quartz glass tube will only crack, maintaining its shape and preventing fragments from flowing into the secondary side of the device (*), while also providing strong protection for the internal ultraviolet lamps. (The manufacturing method and protective performance differ from other companies' heat shrink tubes.) By connecting to flanges or unions in the piping line, it is easy to obtain sterilized water, making this type of device widely used for water sterilization in various fields. *Fragment flow prevention is not guaranteed.
