The NWST series was developed to sterilize heat-resistant acidophilic bacteria, TAB, and other microorganisms in beverage manufacturing lines and sugar factories. 【Achieving high efficiency in sterilization through the combination of long-life low-pressure UV lamps and electronic stabilizers】 Due to its special structure, it efficiently sterilizes heat-resistant bacteria, heat-resistant acidophilic bacteria, TAB, and other microorganisms contained in liquids with low ultraviolet transmittance, such as liquid sugar. By connecting to components like the headers of piping lines, it allows for easy sterilization of the target liquid and is used in beverage manufacturing lines and sugar factories. (An installation example is shown in the image on the left.) Unlike flow-type UV sterilization devices for water, the ultraviolet transmittance varies depending on the type and concentration of sugar solution, so we select the equipment after consulting with the customer.
