Introducing an interview with the Japan Facilitation Association in a column format!
On May 15th (Sunday), we held an event titled "How to Overcome Two Walls Faced by Aspiring Facilitators" using the meeting support tool Ecrit at the regular meeting of the Kansai branch of the Japan Facilitation Association (FAJ). During the event, after an inspirational talk by Mr. Sakakimaki from Cambridge Technology Partners, participants were divided into groups to conduct mock meetings using Ecrit.
