The "FT 200 U" three-flute carbide drill enables high-efficiency machining at high feed rates. By using a three-flute design, the issue of chip evacuation is addressed by a newly designed flute shape that finely divides the chips. Additionally, maximizing the coolant hole diameter increases the flow rate, allowing for smooth chip removal. The increase in coolant flow also positively impacts cooling performance. Furthermore, the spiral point tip shape and the effect of the three flutes improve straightness, resulting in good hole accuracy.
