The "Zero Burr Series" of cutting drill tools is an innovative drill that "suppresses burrs" and is "re-sharpenable." It can cut various materials such as CFRP, CFRPT, aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium, producing no burrs and significantly reducing work hours and costs through one-shot drilling without pilot holes. Additionally, with outstanding straightness, it can drill straight even through slightly curved pilot holes. This product has been jointly developed with the Fukui Prefectural Industrial Technology Center and is patented. We have finally succeeded in developing a mysterious drill that produces no burrs, called "Zero Burr."
