【Features】 ■ Frame Assembly Device - It retrieves, inserts, and tightens two types of bolts. - Manual work is limited to the work set due to automatic dispensing. - The number of robots can be increased or decreased as needed. ■ Housing Assembly Device - The workpiece is attached and detached at the front, and the turntable rotates with the activation switch, while two 6-axis robots at the back operate like human arms to assemble two types of resin pipes supplied by a parts feeder. - Being robotic, it can accommodate a variety of products. ■ Sunroof TOX Riveting Device - This device rivets the roof rail using hydraulic pressure. - The riveting unit positions itself using a total of 10 servo motors across 2 units on the X-Y axis (2 units each side) and vertical and horizontal axes. - To enable multi-product compatibility, 13 axes of IAI's robotic cylinders are used for automatic setup change. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
