Effective use of factory space through miniaturization! Introducing examples of work transfer devices that fit into compact spaces.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Work Transfer Device <Pick and Place Type>." The customer was considering connecting two pieces of equipment during the process of integrating existing equipment with newly transferred equipment to create a single manufacturing line. However, there was a height difference between the pieces of equipment, making connection difficult. To fit within the limited installation space, we adopted a compact "pick and place" transfer mechanism to resolve the issue of differing transport heights. 【Challenges】 ■ We want to connect two pieces of equipment during the process of integrating existing equipment with newly transferred equipment to create a single manufacturing line. ■ There is a height difference between the pieces of equipment, making connection difficult. ■ Using a typical inclined conveyor system to connect them requires a significant distance to achieve the necessary height. ■ It does not fit within the factory space. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
