The "PL Aquagel-OH Column" enables efficient and reliable aqueous GPC/SEC separation of water-soluble polymers and macromolecules such as PEG, polysorbate, starch, dextran, and acrylamide. This product complies with USP L25 and is resistant to high buffer concentrations, pH levels from 2 to 10, temperatures up to 90°C, and organic solvents (up to 50% methanol). With this product applicable to both analytical and preparative scales, SEC can be easily and quickly scaled up from milligram to gram levels as expected.
