This is a call recording device that connects the included call recording adapter to a telephone receiver or external audio source to record calls onto the built-in memory. By connecting to a network, settings and playback of recorded audio can be managed from client computers on the network. ● The compact design of the unit and its two-piece structure with the recording adapter allow for installation in locations with limited space. ● Searching and playback can be easily done through a web browser on a computer. ● It can record up to 237 hours in the built-in memory and supports backup and long-term storage of audio data through a call recording server (sold separately). ● It supports PoE, allowing connection in locations where power is not available. ● There is a model (VR-L147H SC) that can eliminate side tone from telephones where the outgoing sound is mixed with the incoming sound, allowing for separate recording of outgoing and incoming audio, making it ideal for voice recognition as a stereo recording. ● An API is provided to control call recording, audio data transfer, and other functions from CTI and CRM applications, making it easy to develop applications that implement call recording features.
