Using the carrier services provided by KDDI, we obtain and save the voice of service contract users' calls, along with their phone number information, to a hard disk. The saved audio files can be searched and played back using the web browser on a client computer. ● All recordings can be made for corporate contracts using "au office numbers," "au mobile phones," and phone numbers utilizing "KDDI Optical Direct." ● The hardware offering "VR-MP110K SV" allows for recording up to 250 channels. For more than 250 channels, the software offering "VR-MP110K" can accommodate up to 2,000 channels. ● Audio data can be searched and played back via a web browser without the need for a separate license. ● By registering additional information such as BCD extension numbers, mobile phone numbers, owners, and display names (such as department names) for dial-in numbers (office numbers), it becomes possible to search using the registered information.
