Using the carrier services provided by NTT Docomo, we obtain and save the voice of service contract users' calls along with their phone number information to a hard disk. The saved audio files can be searched and played back using a web browser on a client computer. ● Recording can be done on the carrier network, allowing for recording regardless of the mobile phone model. ● The hardware offering "VR-MP110D SV" allows for recording up to 250 channels. If more than 250 channels are needed, the software offering "VR-MP110D" can support up to 2,000 channels. ● Audio data search and playback can be operated via a web browser, and no additional license is required. ● By registering additional information such as the owner's name and display name (e.g., department name) to the mobile phone number, it becomes possible to search using the registered information.
