This is a compact and lightweight rack-type jack (linear actuator) equipped with our company's self-locking mechanism (Shoji-Lock). It holds the load at the stopped position while raising and lowering the workpiece. Additionally, it can be restarted from any position without releasing the brake, whether rotating in the forward or reverse direction. Due to its lightweight and compact design, it saves space and has been adopted and well-received in various fields. Unlike traditional screw jacks, the rack type offers overwhelmingly faster ascent and descent speeds, characterized by its high efficiency and ease of operation. In addition to the manual-only (SLM series) models, there are also electric models (SLE series) that can be driven by power tool drill drivers. The surface features a standard black Teflon coating that is resistant to rust. It can be widely used for disaster prevention and energy-saving measures without a power supply, as well as in defense and military applications. It is also suitable for universities, research institutes, testing facilities, and explosion-proof measures. Recently, more customers have been considering it as an alternative to small hydraulic jacks, taking environmental issues into account. It is compatible with commercially available round rack rods (manufactured by KHK). (Rack rods are not included.)

【Lineup】 SLM (Manual Only) Series Available for load capacities of 50/100/200/400 kg Comes with a dedicated handle Commercially available round rack rods (KHK brand) can be used. (Rack rods are not included) Available in T type for guide rods to prevent buckling, and D type for connecting two units in parallel. SLE (Electric Tool Assist) Series Uses commercially available electric tool drill drivers (Note: impact drivers are not allowed) to raise and lower the workpiece. It can hold the load at the same position where the driver is stopped. Restarting is also possible without motion. The input shaft tip is hexagonal to accommodate commercially available sockets, and it can of course be used manually. *Dedicated handle is optional. Available for load capacities of 100/200/400 kg. Stainless steel manufacturing is also possible for clean rooms, vacuum devices, and marine applications. This is a round number linear jack. In the case of SLM-050-4.0, it raises and lowers exactly 4mm per rotation. In the case of SLM-200-3.0, it raises and lowers exactly 3mm per rotation. Due to its compact size, it can be installed in tight spaces. It has many applications, such as simple lifting in places without power.

Dual rack synchronization is also possible. By connecting with a connecting pipe as shown in the image, turning the handle allows the rack rods to rise and fall simultaneously. It can be designed quite compactly.

Company information
The load-holding function equipped reduction mechanism (shoji-lock) has been developed for application products such as winches and rack jacks since the early 2000s. Steady sales activities have borne fruit, and it has begun to be adopted for various applications. Unlike conventional worm reduction gears with self-locking functions where the input and output shafts are orthogonal, our design features them in a straight line (inline), allowing for a compact design and space-saving, which has received high praise and resulted in a diverse range of practical examples. (Patents have been obtained in Japan, the United States, the EU (Germany, France, the UK), China, South Korea, and Taiwan.) Furthermore, starting in April 2023, we launched a new overseas parts procurement business, beginning with Vietnam. Currently, a majority of our parts are procured overseas, and leveraging our achievements and network, we aim to assist companies struggling with cost reduction in parts procurement.
