Carbon tool steel for oil quenching equivalent to JIS SKS93. It has been subjected to vacuum degassing refining, ensuring stable quality. It has good hardenability and hardens with oil cooling (minimal cracking and deformation). It excels in toughness and wear resistance, improving the lifespan as a tool. Manganese and chromium are added to SK3 to enhance hardenability.
